I dont know which oral is better for kick start,I want a low side effects and no gyno problem. How about Tbol or VAR? Which is better for bulking? Do I need HCG for PCT? Thank you

Since you are running sust, which contains short esters, your kick in time will be much sooner. It should only take a couple of weeks. Still, if you wanted to use a low side effect oral, var would be a good option. IME, its safer than Tbol. But heres the thing, estrogen can be controlled using an AI. Arimidex would be the option I would go with. .5mg EOD should be a good place to start. This will blunt the conversion of test to estrogen. So be sure to pick some of this up. It is your KEY for controling your cycle
As for PCT, 3 wks after your last shot of sust, start 100mg clomid ED for 7 days. Then 50mg for 14 more days
