    Hey there, i was considering just using some clen to help me cut some fat i pribably need to lose about 20lbs to get where i need to be. Im already pretty decent sized as far as muscle goes so i didnt plan on using any test or anything. I have been in the gym atleast 3 days a week for the last 2 years and built a solid muscle base. My diet has been a bit of a roller coaster to be honest. So my progress has been slow. But i was wondering what your suggestion would be. Will just clen be worth it. I read somewhere t3 is bad to use if not in a stack. Your wisdom would be appreciated-ChaseOh yeah and on a side note.. im kinda on a budget not wanting to spend a TON and my pedigree is 6'1 220lb 28yo 14% bf

    The key will always be diet. Fat burners will help the speed at which a program works, if the program is already working. Diet, training and cardio first. If you slack on these things, you won't see much benefit. BUT if you get your plan nailed first, it can take you to the next level. I would avoid T3 if you are not going to use steroids. T3 will burn muscle and fat but on a steroid, it will help to preserve muscle. Here is how I would run clen 

    About 12 wks at most :

    Start with 40mcg ED, taken first thing in the AM. Then add 20mcg every 2 wks, going no higher than 120mcg per day total
