Anytime you start mixing high mg per ML grear, you are more likly to get pain from injecting. I would suggest going with a standard dosed gear. I used Geneza all the times, and I never seem to have problems with their pain. Sure, if someone is new to gear, opening a new site or coming back to injecting after a long break, I could see having pain with any AAS. but yea, 500mg. Thats a ton and you are asking for problems.
