You can do anything you want :) But my break down of how to use halo, was to explain that because of the short amount of time that you can use it, I would not expect to see a lot of gains from it. As we had talked about, it takes longer than 3 wks to see any real, lasting changes from a supp. I believe that whatever you see in benefits after 3 wks, will probably be unnoticeable within another 3 wks. "Icing on the cake " brother. I'd use something longer and then use halo as an icing on the cake.
The only time I could see this being of benefit would be for a fighter or power lifter.
