Hey Bro, Gh and AAS are two totally different angles. If you had to pick one over the other, AAS is the way to go. It will produce much more dramatic gains. The results of GH come from long term use and are more subtle. Over time, you can gain muscle while staying leaner. If you can run a good quality GH, like 4iu a day, and stay on this for a long period, like 6 months, or even a year, and you cycle AAS on and off through this period, you will probably see a better overall quality than you would otherwise. The real key, is of course your nutrition and training plan. Get that nailed and along with GH and cycling AAS, you'll have all your bases covered.
As for gear, long esters are better for gains IME. A nice cycle for someone at your level might be :
