My suggestion is only to start low and see how you respond. I'd go with 250mcg and then after 4-5 days, increase. 500mcg is all I could tolerate. It's some wicked stuff and you should see some good results. NAC is a great supp to add to your program. 2g a day is good. You didn't mention how long you plan to run OT. It's possibly the roughest drug out there. It works well, but needs to be run at no longer than a few wks at a time. 3 wks is a good plan
