For PCT, I would try to clomid for your first time. Some guys can't tolerate clomid. As a side effect, it can make you feel moody. If you can get through that, I think it works better overall. If you don't like the way you feel, you can always switch to nolva and start again, or use nolva in your next PCT.
As for vegetarians and bodybuilding. I've worked with a number of you guys, and in fact, there was a 4 year phase, eariler in my life that I was a vegetarian as well (before I got into lifting). The problem is, there is nothing like animal proteins to grow muscle. The amino profile of plant based protein just doesn't work the same. The reason I stopped being vegetarian is because it was no longer making sense for my goals in life (which at the time were still not BB). Really, it was hard to change because it had become part of my ID. Part of what made me feel unique, but it was outdated and it was part of my ID that had outlived itself. Im going to guess that you aren't eating this way for health, or you wouldn't consider using gear. So I guess you need to ask yourself what is most important to you. If it is that you remain vegetarian, than you have to understand that one of he sacrifices you are making is going to be the results you get with your training. Of the things you listed, whey is the only real benefical sounce of protein that isn't going to get you fat, when you eat enough to meet your protein needs as a bodybuilder. I have worked with a guy that was willing to eat eggs and fish. He make better gains, but still, he was forced to eat eggs and fish non stop, which gets really old, quickly and still wasn't totally ideal. You need a lot more than 100g of protein a day, ESPECIALLY on gear. The main benefit of taking a steroid is that it will increase the amount of protein that you can push into a muscle cell. I would suggest eating closer to 1.5-2 g of protein per lb of body weight. So if you are 200 lbs, that might mean eating 300g or more.
So Im not telling you that you should eat animal protein, but I am telling you that you should ask yourself what is important to you. If building muscle is, then you'll find a way to make that work.
