With generic GH, its all about getting it from a source you trust. The way I see it, if Naps is willing to carry a product, they believe it is going to be worth the money you spend on it. I've run blue tops for a year at a time and gotten decent results from there. Just remember though, that even the best blue tops are probably not going to be as good as something like Hyge GH. 2iu is the very least I would use. I would take 2iu first thing in the morning, 250mcg GHRP6 half way through the day and 250mcg GHRP6 before bed. If you can add in a small amount of IGF Lr3, I would add in 25mcg of IGF post workout.
