I would start with 2iu and then add .5iu every 2 wks until you reach your target dose. 4-5iu or even a little more, say 8iu, would be a good dose to reach a "new level". If you want to use it as a way to stay leaner and help muscle growth some, 3-4iu a day will allow you to eat more and stay tight. To get the max out of it, you really want to use it with AAS. On it's own, it won't be nearly as beneficial.
