    I am 28 years old 205 lib and 18% bf.This is my first cycle and i run 3rd week now .Week 1-10500 mg testo cyp ew200mg tren eFrom the answers i have read i shaw that you recomend HCG during the cycle, well i don't use.Should i use HCG at the end of the cycle or start it from now i just end 3rd week.Also i have on my hands 10 ml or testo prop should i use it on week 10-12 or not. On pct clomid will be enought or from some research i did people also use aromasin tho

    You can certainly start HCG at wk 3 and run it all the way up to 3 days before PCT. If you like, you can run prop at the end, as you wait for the long esters to clear. If you do that, give yourself 3 or 4 days after your last shot of prop before you start PCT. Using a low dose of arom during PCT is fine. It probably won't make or break you, but it will help to keep your estrogen lower. i would just take 12.5mg EOD after the cycle is over
