    Second cycle huh? Sounds like some good gear choices. Don't forget to run some PCT after. It would start 2 wks after your last shot

    wk 1-12

    Test 600mg EW, split into 2 shots per week

    adex .5mg EOD (more of less as needed)

    wk 1-6

    Dbol 30-40mg ED, split into 2-3 doses


    Easy as that buddy. Bust your butt in the gym and pound the food and you will make some awesome gains
