    Hey there! I'm a complete beginner when it comes to anabolics, any advice you can give would be greatly appreciated. My goals are to increase speed, agility and mainly anaerobic endurance. I’m also trying to avoiding weight gain(to an extent) and other side effects like acne and hair-loss. I'm ready to try a cycle, but I want to keep my body's natural hormone production intact as much as possible; I don’t plan on staying on cycle longer than 4 months out of the year haha.Here are the compounds I've been looking at: Turinabol, Clenbuterol, Halotestin, along with Anastrozole, Nolva, and Clomid.Any advice would truly be appreciated! Thanks. -TedP.S you might have noticed that I'm only looking at orals, yeah.. i'm a little needle-phobic.

    Hey Ted, 

    First off, side effects are often related to dose. They are also related to genetics. If you are prone to hair loss, steroids are not going to help. In the end, it comes down to whats important to you. Some sides can be avoided or blunted. 

    Next, if using gear is important, I would suggest you work on your needle issue. Orals are a lot rougher on your body and can only be run for short periods. They can be very helpful but you want to be able to run your cycle for longer. The base should be test for this reason, as well as to support your libido. So heres some options. If you want to run gear that is less harsh on sides, and run an oral only cycle, I'd just go with anavar at 50mg for 6-8 wks. If you want to take it up a notch and run a big boy cycle ;) (just messing with you), I'd set it up like this :

    1-12

    Test e 500mg EW, split into 2 shots a week

    adex .5mg EOD

    7-12

    Anavar 50mg ED

     

    PCT for the var only cycle starts the day after your last tab. For the injectable cycle, it starts 2 wks after last shot

     

    Clomid, 7 days at 100mg ED, then 14 days for 50mg ED
