    Insulin

Hi Mate, a big thank you for taking the time to answer my previous question. I'm not sure if this is something you can discuss on here but I have seen you suggest it to others in addition to cycles so I thought it may be worth a try. In your experience how effective is adding Insulin for strength gains? I'd be using it with AAS but not HGH. Also, once administered does it stimulate appetite so that the following carb intake required is easy to consume? As I am a first timer I was just going to start with 2 I.U's here and there till I get to grips with it - I'm assuming I can't really mess up at this low dose? Many thanks for any advice you can give

Insulin isn't really going to help with strength gains. It will help to volumize the muscle and retain more glycogen, which can lean to increased muscle size. So indirectly, it will help, because bigger muscle is usually stronger muscle.

If you use insulin correctly, you won't "feel" anything after you take it. You will experince better pumps, but it will have no effect on hunger.

2iu will be a good place to start and get the feel for the nutritional plan you're going to use. It could be enough to go hypo if your carbs were low enough, but on most diets, it will easily be covered. I would suggest taking it preworkout after a meal containing carbs that will support your insulin needs. Then sip on an intra workout carb shake containing carbs and EAA. After training, continue to feed the insulin using solid food.
