Hey brother, glad to hear you've followed me and the Q/A here at Naps Gear. Sounds like you'rea pretty big dude. Adding mass and getting ripped at the same time is hard to do. You can get leaner and add mass while dieting, to an extent, but if you want to get ripped, you'll have to reduce cals low enough to reach lower fat levels. So I'd focus on clean food and expect that at a certain point, you'll either have to keep food high to keep growing or reduce food to keep getting leaner. My suggestion is always to do one cycle for mass gains and then your next cycle for cutting. You'll make awesome progress on your first cycle, so I'd take advantage of that and get as much muscle as you can.
So diet will be key. And here is what I would use for gear. If you wanted to focus on mass but stay tight, you could add 50mg anavar for the first 6 wks. Or you could add it to the end or use 50mg winstrol for the last 6 wks instead, if you want to get leaner and tigher. Outside of this oral, which will depend on your goals, You'll want to use a base of test. Something like this would work well
