    Hey there buddy! Thanks again for all of the wisdom you give. I have a question about Tren A and E dose frequency. In your opinion, what is the best way to take each compound? I have spoken to some guys who take Tren Ace EOD, while some other guys will take a smaller dose every day, or five days a week. Then for Tren E, I know people can get away with 2 dosages a week, but would 3 be better? Or even more in smaller doses?Trying to see what might be the best way to take each one which would yield the best results. Thanks again and keep up the great work on the responses!

    With Tren e, 2x wk is ok. With Tren ace, you want to take it at least EOD. It's not the results that get better with more frequesnt doing, but the side effects that get reduced. If you find that you suffer from issues on EOD, I would move to ED shots
