    Hello, I want to take test e, around 500mg weekly to get in better shape and to feel energized again. I will be working out daily and eating right. My main goal is to get toned up and to shed extra weight around my midsection. Is there anything else I could or should incorporate besides just test? I've been off and on about 250mg weekly due to low T, but have been off straight for about a year now. Thank you very much!

    As you double the dose of your HRT, you'll begin to get a drug like effect from the drug. Make sure your diet is high in protein and you should see some good added mass, while controlling carbs and fats for fat loss. I'd add in an AI to control estrogen and create the best possible fat burning state. You could also use a fat burner like clen to make progress move faster, around 40mcg every morning, then increasing by 20mcg every 2 wks, through the cycle. Go no higher than 120mcg. If you were interested in creating a little more of a hard/conditioned look, adding a DHT based steroid would help, adding driness. An easy addition would be some GP mast 200, added at 1.5 to 2cc EW for the last 10 wks of the plan. Or you could add some oral winstrol at 50mg ED for the last 4-6 wks. 

    Just a word of advice on HRT, if you need it, I would stay on it year round to help support muscle and to keep everything in balance. Just be sure to always get your labs done every 3 months
