I would set yourself up on a 16 wk diet. The longer you give yourself, the bette. Even if you are starting out lean, this will give you more time to keep your cals up. how big and how lean you come is, if mostly going to come down to your diet. Maintaining mass while losing fat is tricky and takes some experience. The biggest midtake I see, is people that turn things up too early and lose too much size, too far out from the show. That being said, I would always much rather come in hard and lean, but a little small vs coming in huge, but not lean and dry enough. Like I said, it's a fine line! I would spend as long as I can, keeping the cals high enough to grow, while losing fat. I would use longer acting test with an anabolic for the first half and then in the second half, move to my hardening drugs. I would also run clen for 12 or so wks, starting at 40mcg ED and adding 20mcg every 2 wks, going no higher than 120mcg for the remainder of the diet. Also, I am not going to list a dosing for your AI, as it will depend on how you look and how your respond. You want to keep it low enough to grow in the first 1/2 of the cycle and up it higher in the second 1/2. then up it to whatever it takes to dry out by the last few wks. Depending on funding, GH at 4iu ED will help get your lean while maintaining size. I would cut it out about 10 days out from the show, if you are having water issues. If you look hard, dry and its keeping you full lookig, you can keep it in.
