Thank you for answering my question it was a great help. I just wanted to clear it up. I have come to a decision that I will do the shot in the morning before work. So would this be the correct way. Take my shot right after eating first meal. Now after that should I be taking in as much good solid foods as possible ? Like every hour or 2 hours? And if I start feeling hypo just take in simple sugars till I can get a solid meal in me.? Reason, in just trying to prevent going hypo as much as possible. I'm am air conditioning tech so I don't wanna go hypo at people's houses lol. Sorry for the stupid questions bud . I think I'm just thinking to hard about it lol

Not stupid questions at all. Insulin can be very dangerous. I don't mind going over this as many times as it takes to make sure you are safe. Like I mentioned before, Even the best laid plans can fail. It is always still possible to go hypo, even when you line your carbs up right. I would do it exactly as I outlined before, starting out with a shake, to get nutrients into your system fast, using the carbs, protein and creatine, as I outlined. Then 1 hour later, have the solid meal. From there, you should be good to have your next solid meal in 2 hours. Just make sure you use the break down of macros that I outlined in the other answer. If you go hypo, consume simple carbs ASAP to get stable, and then have your next solid meal right away, following that meal up with another meal, every 2 hours.
