Hey brother, good question. If you're on for 16 wks, I would go back to HRT and then have some labs run after about 8 wks. I'd be most concerned about cholesterol and red blood. Of course, you want to see that your liver and kidney health is good. Then from there, if all is back to normal, 8 wks would have been enough time off for a HRT guy. You'd be ready to go again assuming your healthy and in the right place to push hard once more. 

Note* for guys reading this that come off all gear, you want to take longer off a cycle period than 8 wks if your cycle is 16 wks long. You need more time to recover your natural test levels after PCT. For this guy, he is on hormone replacement for the rest of his life, so he doesn't need to worry about that
