    Bulk then lean out- 2nd cycle

    I've done a cycle before, but I didn't see the best results, got them from a local guy. I was on deca and test 1cc every 3 days. I'm 5'11" 160lbs, 10% BF. I'd like to put some mass on, then lean out with a possible second cycle. I see some pre-set stacks on the naps site, but would like some advice on what to get. Thanks!

    Hey brother, sorry to hear your first cycle wasn't great. Hard to say why you didn't make huge gains. If you were using good gear, like Geneza, and your diet was in check, I would expect some jaw dropping progress on that cycle. Remember that the results you get from a cycle are going to be due to diet vs due to the drugs you choose. You can pick some drugs that might help you better reach your goals, but the key is putting the right foods in at the correct timing, in order to grow or lose fat. So that  being said, here is a great plan that would help you make good gains, while not getting overly puffy and if you switch your diet gears to tighten up, later in the plan. I'm adding in some winstrol to the later portion, as it will help give you a drier, harder look. In itself, it is not going to make you lose fat, but it will make you look harder and drier, if you are leaning up

     

    1-12

    Test E 500mg EW

    EQ 400mg EW

    adex .5mg EOD, more if needed

    7-12

    Winstrol 50mg ED

    Clen, starting at 40mcg ED and increasing by 20mcg every 2 wks through the remainder of the cycle

     

    PCT would start 3 wks after last shot of EQ/test
