    5'10" 130 pound male, 25 years old. You read that right! Even with a 4000 calorie per day diet and strength training program I can't seem to pack on weight. I'm an extreme ectomorph in every sense of the word. Bone structure is that of a teenage female and to quote others I look like I need to "eat a sandwich". It's gotten tiring to say the least and I've been battling with depression because of it for many years. Many guys dream of being big, I dream of being average! I would just like to be able to enjoy summer in a t-shirt without being ridiculed daily. Sorry for the sob story but I felt these things were important to note.So here's the situation. I'm about to gear up for my first cycle but pinning is out of the question due to the nature of my job. High security, lots of air travel, remote location where I don't get to go home until I finish my rotation (I work a schedule where I work 14 hour days for 10 days straight, followed by 10 days off). Syringes and vials is not something I'm willing to risk traveling with, however I would travel with orals. So my questions are..a) Keeping in mind everything I've told you about my genetic makeup, what would you recommend as a good mass building cycle for a first time user, using only orals?b) If in the future I do decide to pin, is there ANY way this could work if I were to only inject on my 10 days off? To my knowledge this may do more harm than good.Thank you so much for all of your help, I'm blown away by the naps community and we are all grateful for your time and expertise!

    Hey brother, good questions. The big question would be how many days you would have between to wait between injections. You could do a nice little cycle, while only injecting long acting gear 1x wk. You can even use Test undecanoate less often. I beleive that for TRT, its injected 1 a month. So do some reading about ester length and get an idea of what might work. Feel free to come back and ask about this again, letting me know how long you would have to wait between shots. 

    As for orals for mass, dbol would be my suggestion. If you run it along, I would set the cycle up like this :

    wk 1-6
    Dbol 30-40mg ED, split into 2-3 doses

    adex, .5mg 2x wk to EOD as needed

    Right after your cycle, PCT starts the next day, Clomid 100mg ED for 1 wk. Then 2 more wks at 50mg. You can add 50mg proviron in during the cycle, if you want to get a harder look and increase libido 

     

    As for your size, we are all dealt a different hand. Some better than others. For a lot of guys your size, it comes down to doing all the right stuff, for a long consistent period of time. If 4000 cals isn't doing it, then maybe you need 5000 cals, or maybe your macros were off. Its not just about total cals, but about your macros and food timing. With or without gear, you will be limited by your diet, so "eat big to grow big". I have a client that had your exact stats at 30 years old. 7-8 years later, he is about 200 lbs at 3% on stage. So it can be done buddy. It's just a matter of knowing what your body needs.
