    Guys, I am thinking about doing a 28 day cycle of clen shown below with ketotifen thrown in after the first few weeks. Day 1 60MGDay 2 60MGDay 3 60MGDay 4 80MGDay 5 80MGDay 6 80MGDay 7 100mgDay 8 100mgday 9 100mgDay 10 120MGDay 11 120MGDay 12 120MGDay 13 140MGday 14 140MGDay 15 140mgDay 16 160MGDay 17 160mgDay 18 160MGDay 19 120MGDay 20 120MGDay 21 120MGDay 22 80MGDay 23 80MGDay 24 80MGDay 25 40MGNot sure if I need to go down towards the end or if 160 is a little high. I have seen people say that they have gone over 200mcg and that seems high to me. Anyways, right now I am 5'8" 190lbs with 17% BF. I would like to focus on diet and cardio while on clen and get down below 12% before a bulk cycle from Naps. Give me some opinions and suggestions on if that cycle makes sense with 1mg of Keto after the 2nd week to finish and also how long do I need to wait to start a bulk cycle when I get done with this? Can you run clen cycle, test cycle, clen cycle?? I have never done any of this before and would I am very open to all advise

    hey bro, you can do this. honestly, i imagine that the side effects may be rough, going so high, so fast. make sure you watch your BP. clen can make it drop very low. also i would not go above 120mcg and there is no need to ramp it down at the end. you can just stop. i dont believe you will need keto for such a short cycle. ideally, i use clen for longer periods like 12 wks and slowly build the dose, experiencing few side effects. please keep in mind that the side effects are not the effects. if you start to get used to the feeling, dont assume it is no longer working. after wks, it will become slightly less effective at the same dose you've been used to, but it will still continue working just fine. you can start your bulk as soon as you like. there is no need to wait. the only thing i would do before you start, is take a month to slowly build your food intake back up. you dont want to go from dieting to full on bulking. you want to add the food back in slowly
