Hey brother, good question. The anastrozole, aka adex, that you continue taking after the cycle, is just to keep estrogen levels under control while you wait for the gear to clear your system, BEFORE you start PCT. Many injectable steroids have a long half life, so you need to wait an extended period after your last shot before your body can begin to recover. In the case of test e or cyp, you need to wait 2 weeks after your last shot, before your test levels are low enough for your body to begin recovering. So you can continue using the adex after your last shot, and then after 2 wks of no injects, begin a SERM for PCT. I would suggest Clomid. When you begin clomid, I would suggest taking 100mg for 7 days. Then at least another 14 days at 50mg. You can go a little longer on 50mg and it will only help. 

Just as a side note, I personally believe that the adex dosing is a little high in the pre-designed cycles but I would rather have a little extra adex, than too few pills. So see how you respond. You may do just fine at .5mg EOD to .5mg ED. See what you need and always be ready to adjust the dose, based off of your response.
