Looks like a good plan brother. On the T3, I would add it in wk 2 or wk 4. That way you can increase your dose on opposite weeks of clen increase. So if you start clen in wk 1, then wk 2 you start T3, you'll increase clen wk 3, then you can increase T3 in wk 4. Follow me? I'd start the T3 at 25 mcg and then increase by 12.5mcg every 2-4 wks depending on how you look. Remember T3 is something you can over do, easily. If you are going really flat and looking small, too much T3 may be the issue. So take the T3 slow and really, you can stay at 50mcg at the higher end, then taper down at the end
