Thank you for taking time to answer. I have just had gyno removal surgery aprox 8 months ago from heavy tren cycle. I never seemed to have problems with gyno before until I started tren. Now I am extremely nervous to start cycling again. I now understand the importance of pct. I now have/keep letro and nolva on hand. What precautions should I take from here on out to insure no gyno? I want to start over with a simple test cycle at 500wk but am extremely nervous and want to take all prop

Hopefully after having the opp, they will have removed all of the gland and you won't have any issues. If any of the gland does remain, there is still a chance for gyno. So when you are on cycle, you will want to be sure to keep your estrogen in check. As long as estrogen is kept in check from the start of the cycle, you should be fine. You want to use an AI like adex to control it. With 500mg EW test, I would start with .5mg EOD adex and if you start to get some pre-gyno signs, you can always increase the dose to .5mg ED. If you feel like gyno is coming on, you can always take a SERM like nolvadex while you increase your adex and wait for things to clear up.
