Hey brother, the reason you hear all these different view points and suggestions is because, regardless of how often you inject, as long as you are injecting long acting test at least 1x wk, you are going to get results. The difference comes down to hormone fluctuation. A lot of times, the side effects I see from gear aren't directly from the hormone itself, but the rate at which my blood levels are going up or down. For me, I can tell when my hormones have too much fluctuation when I start to get acne.
Lets face it. When we first start using injectable steroids, pinning can be exciting to a lot of people. We know that what we are putting into the muscle is going to enable us to get that much closer to our end goal of becoming a freak of nature haha. So every shot feels like an active step in getting closer to our end result. I know some newer guys that can't want to take their next shot! But over time, and 1000's of shots later, the idea of sticking yourself becomes less appealing. There have been times that I have gotten lazy with my shots. Maybe I miss a day. Maybe I decide to combine my gear into 1 or 2 shots a week. Thing is, after a little while later, I start to get a few pimples on my shoulders. Thats when I know my hormones are in flux. This isn't the only issue that can come up but it is the main one I see.
If you want to avoid sides, the best thing you can do is split your dose up into EOD to if your dose is higher, ED shots. If you are doing 2cc EW, I would personally suggest .5cc EOD. Thats easy enough to remember and a very small volume of oil per shot.
Sust is probably my favorite test. I like that it kicks in fast, yet has a build up like traditional long esters.
For anyone interest in working together, one on one, I am building individual diet and gear plans for guys and gals looking to make the most out of their next cycle. These plans include weekly updates as well as training plans. Hit me up over at the Next Level Nutrition section, here at Naps Gear.
