I know several big name guys that would tell you at 4iu, you would be fine to take it all at once in the AM. I used to do that muself. Now days, I would prefer to split it up. I would take 2iu in the AM and 2iu before training. I find that fat loss is better with smaller more frequest dosing. I've run 5 iu of Hyge, which is more like 7-8iu, split over 3 doses a day and I found that was way better than the year before, running the exact same thing taken all at once preworkout
