First Time / First Cycle. Where to start?
    on: 2015-08-26 18:47:44
Hi, lots of good information here. Thank you in advance for helping. This will be my first time considering to start a cycle. Looking to do the Beginners Cut Cycle kit (test prop) on napsgear. Is this a good start? Trying to make a solid gain/cut. Also, do I need a lean off cycle? To get off the test prop?

Hey brother, glad you reached out. Before you start a cycle, you should spend a lot of time reading. If you look through the QA, you will find 100s of people in the situation you are in and you can learn a great deal from the questions they have asked. Heck, I bet that there are a ton of questions you haven't even thought to answer yet, that you will find the answer to if you read up through my QA.

I would suggest that you use a long ester test to start. I would use test e or cyp. This only needs to be injected 2x a wk. It is also a lot less painful. Way easier to start and you can control estrogen through an AI. I prefer adex. So you can stay dry and get a hard look, if you get lean enough. Remember that your results are all about diet. If you want to grow or cut, its the diet that gets you there. The gear allows you to make your progress at a faster pace, but training, diet and rest...the right balance between all 3 will get you to where you want to be. That is the base. Then add the gear and you are doing awesome! So here is the plan...

    1-12

Test e 250-500mg EW, split into 2 shots

adex, starting at .5mg EOD. If needed go to .5mg ED

When you are done, you don't need taper off anything. You wait 2 wks for the test to clear and then start PCT. 100mg Clomid ED for 7 days. Then 2-3 wks at 50mg ED
