Hey "Old Man" haha. Deca is great for joints. Some of the more progressive HRT clinics write scripts for it, for 2-300mg EW. You could add 200mg in to your existing HRT plan for 12 wks and see how it goes. Then check labs before running it longer , or take a break. With the GH, I would suggest getting the best you can. Hyge is the brand I go with. You could run as little as 2iu a day to get a good general health effect. Or you could raise the dose to increase effect and get more fat loss. GH is a long tern thing though. Its worth running for at least 5-6 months. If you like it, you can stay on it, just about year round. So if you want to make that kind of commitment, start around 2iu and then see what you think. After a couple months, you will know better how you feel about it, and you have your whole life to add more :) Its an OUTSTANDING addition for older guys that are using TRT.
