This is a lot for a first cycle. Also, you may want to consider using a long ester test. I've explained it all here in a lot more detail, but just to keep it brief, the logisitcs are a lot easier with test 3 or cyp and you can get just as lean. Remember fellas, the results come from the diet and training and making the changes to diet and cardio through the cycle. Thats how you get ripped. If you are an endo, I'm sure you already know it is going to be a little harder for you and you will probably have to be more strict than others, but with the right formula, you can get where you want to be and when you do, the gear will help to make you look that much fuller and drier. Carb cycling is a good place to start and over the course of the cycle, you will need to keep adjusting to make sure you get where you want to be in your given time frame.
As for hair loss, its all genetic. Some guys using heavy DHTs and are fine while others see their hair falling out in their first year of gear use. You can use hair loss products to help, but at the end of the day, some guys are going to be bald and steroids will speed that process up
