DHT is the main issue for prostate issues, so you want to be careful with DHT based drugs and drugs that convert to DHT. You can always use a DHT blocker if you have issues with prostate. You want to use test as the bast to any cycle and of course, some of that test is going to convert to DHT. So something like dutasteride might be a good idea if you begin to have an issue. EQ would be a good secondary option for a steroid that would be more mild on the prostate. It still is a test derived drug but it converts about 50% as much as test will.
