    Hey man! I just want to say thank you for what you do on here helping everyone. You are the light within the dark forest. My Stats: 51, 165lbs 15% BF 5’7 HRT patient (75mg Test/week since 2001) I have been lifting for 30 years. Started out weighing in at 130lbs.My past cycles have been:Cycle 1: 500mg Test Cyp + 250mg Deca wk/ 2 pins/wk + 40mg Dbol for 6 weeksBody weight went from 163 to 177lbs. Great cycle except for the deca dick. I did go back down to 167lbs and stayed at that weight many months after the cycle.Cycle 2: 600mg Test Cyp weekly + 300mg NPP EOD + 30mg Dbol.Body weight went from 170 to 177lbs. I think I got some bogus NPP, I really did not notice anything until I switched brands after 6 weeks into the cycle. Once changed NPP I grew very strong. Body weight went back down to 167 months after cycle. I did not like having to pin EOD, so I would like to stay away from that.I am now considering my 3rd and 4th cycles and I would like to get your input on each of them.Cycle 3Test Cyp 600mg/wk 14 weeks (2 pins per week)Proviron 25mg ED for 12 weeksEQ 400mg/wk for 16 weeks (2 pins per week)DBol or Tbol 40mg ED for 6 weeksLiv52 2 tabs ED + Milk Thistle 1000mg EDAdex .5mg 2x/wk3-4 months break going back to my HRT dosage (75mg/wk)Cycle 4Test Cyp 600mg/wk for 12 weeks (2pins/wk)Deca 400mg/wk for 12 weeks (2 pins/wk)Proviron 25mg ED for 12 weeksDbol or Tbol 40mg ED for 6 weeksLiv52 2 tabs ED + Milk Thistle 1000mg EDAdex .5mg 2x/wkI am have not made up my mind between the Dbol and Tbol. I have never taken the Tbol; I have taken Dbol and loved the results. My goal is to put on some solid mass, so I am not sure which would be best.Sorry for the long message.

    No matter what you do brother, I think that diet needs work. With steroids, you can gain a lot more than you have, even if the NPP was fake on the one cycle. It sounds like you eat enough to be about 170 lbs. Your diet needs to be that of a 200 lb man, if you are to ever grow to be that size. When I go on, I see the scale go up quickly, but I don't assume any of it is muscle. I assume it is all mineral and fluid retention. I know that if I am X lbs at the begining of the cycle and then 3 wks in, I'm X plus 7 lbs, that 7 lbs is all water and it's going to drain out of my body at the end of the cycle. So no matter what you do on the next round, eat more! If you are 15%, that might mean eat more clean foods, because you can't risk getting much fatter than this, if you want to be able to cut down to a low body fat, in a reasonable amount of time. You will have to watch your body close and keep track of the progress. For some guys, off season is the hard part, learning to eat enough food to make the muscle gains. 

    I think your 3rd and 4th cycles sound good. These are both solid plans and as long as you continue to eat more to continue making progress, you should be happy with them. Remember there isn't going to be a special cycle that unlocks crazy gains. It's all about how hard you work. The clock is ticking for all of us. One day, there will come a day when we no longer can run gear. At 51, that day may be sooner for you than for others. But you have a hell of a lot of time to really take the bull by the horns.
