No matter what you do brother, I think that diet needs work. With steroids, you can gain a lot more than you have, even if the NPP was fake on the one cycle. It sounds like you eat enough to be about 170 lbs. Your diet needs to be that of a 200 lb man, if you are to ever grow to be that size. When I go on, I see the scale go up quickly, but I don't assume any of it is muscle. I assume it is all mineral and fluid retention. I know that if I am X lbs at the begining of the cycle and then 3 wks in, I'm X plus 7 lbs, that 7 lbs is all water and it's going to drain out of my body at the end of the cycle. So no matter what you do on the next round, eat more! If you are 15%, that might mean eat more clean foods, because you can't risk getting much fatter than this, if you want to be able to cut down to a low body fat, in a reasonable amount of time. You will have to watch your body close and keep track of the progress. For some guys, off season is the hard part, learning to eat enough food to make the muscle gains.
I think your 3rd and 4th cycles sound good. These are both solid plans and as long as you continue to eat more to continue making progress, you should be happy with them. Remember there isn't going to be a special cycle that unlocks crazy gains. It's all about how hard you work. The clock is ticking for all of us. One day, there will come a day when we no longer can run gear. At 51, that day may be sooner for you than for others. But you have a hell of a lot of time to really take the bull by the horns.
