Sounds like you have some Helios, a water based injectable containing clen and yohimbine HCL. I've worked with a number of guys that have used Geneza Helios with great success. Easy to use. I would inject with an insulin pin, sub q, into a problem area. I would inject in a grid like pattern. Imagine a grid, over your belly for instace, with grid points at 1 inch intervals. So injecting no closer than 1 in to your previous shot and no closer than 2 in from the belly button. I would not inject into the exact same spot any sooner than a week

I would start with 1/2cc taken first thing in the morning. After 2 wks, increase to 1cc. You can work your way up to 2cc shots. 

These shots are taken sub q, into the fat, where it will help to spot reduce. 

I'd aim for a cycle no longer than 12 wks.
