Hey, I'm 5'7" 204lbs, I want to compete late next year and need to put on about 20-30 lbs. I eat 3800+ calories a day and keep it clean. Plenty of fats and protein as well. What do you recommend for the best bulking cycle and cut cycle?

For starters, lets talk about the mass cycle. In this recent batch of questions I'm working on, I mentioned the "Undercover Lean Mass cycle in the predesigned cycle section, here at Naps. This is a cycle I have found to work best for me. Check it out and see what you think. https://www.1napsgear.org/pre-designed-stacks-c42/undercover-s-lean-mass-program-p9151

As for a contest cycle, there is so much nuance. I can give you a list of compounds, but understand, the important thing is understanding how to use each of these drugs as tools to craft your physique into that of a bodybuilding champ.

    Test

    Adex

    Tren ace

    Mast prop

    Clen

    Maybe T3 if needed

Maybe Winstrol oral for 4 wks or halo for 3 wks

These are the tools I use for myself and for my clients. We start with only test and adex and the rest of the drugs are added if and when needed, as the diet progresses. We change doses through the program, as needed to get more or less effect along the way. Each person I help has had to run them slightly different. For the most part, we don't use any of the hardeners until the last 8 wks. And then at the end, we sometimes reduce test. Sometimes we leave it in. Sometimes we add more mast or winny. Sometimes, things are going so smooth and we don't have to make many adjustments at all. So I don't want to come off as cryptic. I just dont want to give you a plan and tell you it will be the "best" way to run it, when you may do better.

So for the time, focus on this mass phase and gain as much as you can while not getting overly fat. Remember that your stage conditioning is going to be effected by how lean you are when you start the diet. If you start lean, you will be that much leaner on stage and be able to eat more in the prep, possibly even growing into the show!!

For you or anyone else interested in working one on one, I am taking a few more clients at the Next Level Nutrition page, here at Naps Gear. Thanks for reaching out and hope things go as you plan!
