4 wks off cycle is not a long time. If you want to recover, you will need more time off than that. I'm not sure how important that is to you. But either way, just running some prop on it's own isn't going to be a great well thought out cycle. I would save it for when you want to do a cut and then maybe use it with something else. Some tren or NPP maybe? Mainly, I wouldn't just take it cuz you have it. I'd put some plannning in and make the most out of your use
If you are running Sust, you could reduce the sust a little and add some prop to that cycle, injecting a little sust with a little prop and your tren ace EOD
