I want to know what the best way to run this stack with these compounds (tren A,test e, Clen, T3) if you know a better compound to add or switch with one that I have please tell me. I have done high dosage before and never gotten sides effects.Test e 1-15 750mg weekTren a 1-13 300mg weekT3 1-5 25/50/100/50/25 maybe again 8-14 25/50/75/100/75/50/25Clen 1-3 40mcg 4-9 80 mcg 10-14 40mcgArimidex .5mg eod 1-14Hcg 12-16 1000iu Accutane 20mg Ed I'm also wondering if my protein intake should be around 400g a day because of the t3 and if I should taking in a lot of L-Glutamine.What do you recommend for a liver for protection because of the orals.

Hey brother, first off, congrats on deciding to compete. From this point forward, your life in BB will change. Mostly for the good...Well, in some ways for the good....well, you'll be super busy and redefine what the word busy means, if you do it right, and you will look awesome in the end. The rest of your life will suffer haha. But thats the price we pay. I say this all jokingly, but really, I've had clients who have been through boot camp, that tell me that comp prep was much harder. True story. It's amazing that can have this unique oppertunity to challenge ourselves so intensly in life.

So first of all, don't worry about what you want to weigh. The key is to get lean enough. If you get lean enough, it doesn't matter what the scale says. One thing I can promise you, if you are 230 now and you have the skill set to get into sickening, watch your heart beat through your chest, conditioning, you are going to be lighter than 220. I know this is mind blowing to imagine, but at 16%, you will most likely be a LHW, if you can get yourself into shape. Condition is key at any show. The biggest guy in the show usually does not win. The SHW champ usually does not win the overall. Most SHW are just heavy weights that did not get into good enough shape. So throw the scale out the window and go by how you look. If you need direction, I help many guys and am available to help you. Check out my servlce here at Naps, on the Next Level Nutrition page. If you have someone else you would rather have help, cool, but just be sure that they have a good track record of getting guys shredded to the bone. Most guys don't know how far they should take it, espeically in their first show. They don't see just how much fat is left. It takes a good eye to tell you when and how to keep pushing while retaining muscle, and when you are there.

So anyway, lets talk cycles. The steroids look acceptable, but this is assuming that you respond perfectly do those doses through the cycle. Most everyone I work with needs to have their doses adjusted along the way. Same goes with the T3. T3 is a little tricky. Too much and you will look flat and waste muscle. I keep it as low as I can while still getting the progress I want. So I'd start at 25mcg 10 wks out, in many cases. The time I start it also depends on how you are responding to the rest of the program. Maybe I would wait till 8 wks out, or even 6 wks, or not use it at all, if you look the way we want. Afterall, the drugs are just tools to get to the results. The drugs are not the end result, follow me? If the plan is good, you should not need to take t3 that high. Usually I keep it lower and maybe get to 50mcg for several wks. Maybe 75mcg tops and only for short times. Adex I would start at .5mg to 1mg EOD and also, adjust dose as your body needs. I would stay away from the accutane if possible. And I don't think you need tren this long. I usually add it for the last 8 wks when getting hard is the goal. If you are in shape, 8 wks is plenty to look hard. Clen I would start 12-16 wks out, at 40mcg and add 20mcg every 2-3 wks, going no higher than 120mcg.

There are many ways to get the job done, but really, everything about the contest prep cycle is going to depend on how you respond. There is no absolute formula that gets everyone ripped. There is also no absolute diet that will either. 400g protein sounds like a lot to me. I would start you with less, but carbs and fat play a role in what your protein intake would look like. I do not use glutamine with my clients. For liver protection, the only major issue you have is the accutane. If you can avoid that, I dont see a ton of liver stress happening. Still, 1500mg NAC per day would only help your body.

I don't mean to come off vauge here, but this is all so specific and it all depends on how you look. I can only tell you exactly what you need to do if I am looking at pics. Then I can make the right calls, watch your progress and adjust at the next set of pics. By the end of a contest prep diet, I have my clients send pics every day. On the last day of the carb up, they text pics after every meal. Its that specific! So I hope this reply gives you some ideas to work with and if you want to see how my plan for you would come together, the only way I can do that is to show you, week by week. Below is a VERY crude outline for a contest prep steroid cycle. Keep in mind that these doses may change through the program. We may for instance cut test in half toward the end or we may double the masteron in the last wk. It all deponds on how you look
