    Planning to do 500mg sus with 400mg eq what should i take during the cycle to avoid gyno and what should be my pct like?

    On cycle, I would use arimidex at anywhere from .5mg Every 3 days to 1mg ED, totally depending on how much you need. Some guys need more than others. For mass gains, I would try to use the least amount you can use to control estrogen and not get sides. . So maybe start with .5mg EOD and then adjust from there. For PCT, continue adex at least up until PCT. PCT starts 3 wks after last shot for this cycle. 100mg clomid for 7 days. Then 50mg ED for 21 more days
