Hey bro, I have worked with several clients that have used GP Helois. Everyone has loved it. The dosing is 40mcg clen, 6mg yohimbine HCL, per 1ml. I would start by injecting .5cc into the fatty area that you want to reduce. Remember that helois does have a local effect but it will also work systemically, so the side effects you feel from clen and yohimbine will still be felt. Maybe even more so, because it does not get broken down in digestion to reach the blood stream. Remember to rotate your shots around. So if you are injecting in the love handles, left side one day. Then right side the next. Then when you go back to the left side, move your injection 1 in over, so you work in a grid like pattern across the area being targeted. 

As you are comfortable with this dose, increase to 1cc. Go up by .5cc every couple of weeks going to 80-100mcg per day of clen as tolerated.
