It's all going to come down to diet. And personally, I don't put a number on the gains I am trying to make. All we can do is give our body the optimal amount of food, training, rest and drugs, then let the body do what it is going to do. Everyones body will grow at their own individual pace. Some grow more early in BB. Some grow more later. The key is being consistent over the long haul. The good news is, if ANYONE stays consistent for a long time, years, they can build a pretty cool physique. It's a game of staying healthy and continuing to be able to train for years. The guys that can do this the longest are the guys you want to look like.
So lets talk gear. The cycle I sggest to a first timer is :

adex .5mg EOD, more or less as needed

Dbol 30-40mg ED
PCT starts 2 wks after last shot
