Lucky dog. I have never tried Turbovital, which is IGF Lr3, produced by Hyge. Hyge is my favorite GH on the market, so I am certain that TV is about as good as IGF gets. Wish I knew how much GH you were taking because I would break down an entire dosing system on how to use them together. But with the IGF, you want to keep the dose on the lower side. I would take it on training days, 30mcg for 3 wks. Then 50-60mcg for 3 wks. Then 2-3 weeks off. I would take it IM preworkout. The LR3 version has like a 30 hour half life, so I would take it before training to get levels up while you are actively breaking down muscle. It will still be working post workout, plus you will get a hell of a pump. It should not matter where you inject. Once it hits your blood stream, it is spread through the whole body.
So if you wake up and 7am and train at 5pm, and you take 4iu of GH, I would take 2iu first thing in the AM, IM. Then 2iu preworkout along with IGF. If you are using insulin, I would also take my insulin preworkout, but I would be careful because IGF can make you more sensitive to the insulin and give you a stronger effect with less insulin.
