Appreciate all the great advice. I was curious, as an older guy I need to be cautious re lipids and high BP. I still want to get in some good workouts and keep some mass - be the best me I can be right. I have read up on lower dose, 4-6wk cycles using Mast or Primo with HCG to avoid Test suppression. I know how PCT can get tougher with longer cycles. Not looking for big gains here, mostly asthetics. Thx

Hey brother, lipids and BP need to be on all of our minds, not just the olders guys. But older guys are more prone to experience issues with these things so certainly keep an eye on yourself. You can check your cholesterol before your cycle and then I would again after your cycle. If things are out of wack, you might want to address it through nutrition and see if you can get it back in check before your next cycle.

As for short cycles, they can be done and I do belive that shorter cycles will suppress you less but the resutls may also be less. Still, progress in small steps is more maintainable and moving in the right direction. Im not fond of the primo in a 6 wk cycle, as primo e is a long acting compound. It will not take sevreal weeks to begin working. So with primo, you would be better served using it for a 12 wk cycle. Masteron, on the other hand, is available in the prop ester, which begins working much faster. The draw back of the prop ester is that you need to inject it often. This can be a real pain for newer guys that are not used to injecting oil based shots.

If you have issues with lipids, orals might not be a good idea but lipids are not a problem, a qiick anavar cycle would be worth your time. 40-60mg a day, for 6 wks would be plenty. You could use proviron along with this.

If you did want to do a short run of test prop, doing EOD shots, 50mg EOD-100mg EOD. Masteron could be added to this, at 50-100mg EOD for 6 wks would work well, followed my PCT.

I think the key will be starting small and seeing how you recover. Then giving plenty of time between cycles.
