Hey brother, as for mixing your GH, I would suggest using .8ml per vial. This way, every .10ml of water will be 1iu GH. 

As for the var, oil vs tabs, this is a very unique product. Anavar is not easy to disolve in oil. Finding it in this preperation is rare. In fact, I don't know of any other source that carries it! If for no other reason, it's something interesting to try. I have not used it personally, but having wtitten this, I'm thinking I really need to give it a try, while I still have the chance. Who knows if GP will keep making it, and once it's gone, it may never be back. 

Heres what I can tell you. Regardless of delivery, anavar is still going to have about a 9-10 hour half life. For this reason, you will want to inject it every day. I have used other Geneza steroids that are traditionally oral, like the dbol. What I have found is a "cleaner" effect. I have felt that the injects were mg for mg stronger. And sometimes on orals, I have suffered appetite issues. Never have felt that with the injects. 

As for solid muscle gains and getting freaky lean...thats a whole other conversation. You can certainly make injectable var part of your program to help you reacheither goal. The results you get though, are going to totally based on your diet. If you want to gain mass, ivar will help. If you want to diet down, var would most certainly help. Here is how I would set it up for a cutting plan.
