1iu a day will help. 2iu a day may be even more beneficial. Remember though, that GH is still only a supp. It will only aid in getting into better shape, as long as she is doing everything right with training and diet. If she uses 1iu, I would suggest taking it IM, either before training or first thing in the AM, before fasted cardio. If fat loss is the main goal, I would also consider using a cycle of clen. GH can be used long term and the effects will keep improving but with clen, I would suggest starting at 20mcg for a femlae. Then adding 20mcg every 2 wks when progress slows, going no higher than 80mcg and using clen for no more than 12 wks total.
