The results you got from your test e cycle were due to your diet and training. In order to get into shape, you need to have the right nutritional plan and you also need to control estrogen if you find that you are gaining too much water from the gear. 5 to 10 lbs of muscle is a lot of weight. Think about what 10 lbs of hamburger meat looks like! You could add any of these compounds to test e for your next cycle. Primo would be a low side effect option that would produce good strength and additional hardness. Here is how I would set the plan up. I am also including HCG, as you mentioned this in your question.
