    5'8 170 (current) 190 (bulk) I took one previous cycle about 4 years I don't remember the stats but i didn't really know what I was doing at the time but started off low on test then upped as I went then stacked with winny had good results until I quit all together but now have been natural bodybuilding for almost 3 years and and thinking about doing my 2nd cycle maybe in the next couple years when i feel confident I want more mass but be lean as well but have some noob questions. What's a good start cycle? I have mild gyno from last cycle from not cycling correctly what do I take to prevent this.how can i keep most of the gains if I just decide to do a couple cycles.How can you get blood work won't your physician see your cycling? Do you let them know? Can't that increase your insurance? Can I become sterile? In finishing, what are the dangers of cycling in your late teens as I didn't know what I was doing at the time.i hope this questions aren't too much of a burden. Thank you

    At this is point, you're pretty much doing your first cycle all over again. So you can make great progress on a very moderate program. Moderation is the key to controlling side effects. At the bottom of this response, I will outline a good mass building plan. If you keep your diet in check, you can make good progress and not get overly fat in the process! As for gyno, a lot of guys have minor gyno. You just need to use enough AI to control estrogen. So keep an eye on yourself and if you need to, add more adex. Your gains and maintaining your muscle gains after are all going to come down to nutrition. The gear will allow you to make faster progress, as long as your diet is good. And then after you have gained the muscle on cycle, it's simply about eating enogh to support your new muscle. Of course, you need to find a balance. Too much food, especially carbs and fats, and you will gain body fat. Too little food and your body will shed muscle. Muscle takes a lot of nutrition to support. The easiest thing your body can do to be more effecient, is to shed muscle and then require less fuel. 

    As for lab work, I see a dr that is aware of what I do. She does not supply me with steroids, but she will keep an eye on me and make sure that I am as healthy as possible. So you either have to talk to your dr openly. Some drs will keep it off the record. Or you need to find a Dr that will be accept that you are a gear user. Or you can have labs done online. A lot of guys do. Here is a site that a lot of people use.

    It is possible to become sterile from using steroids, and this includes guys that are just running HRT doses of test. I have worked with a bunch of guys that have had babies while runnung hard cycles. Its especailly possible when using meds like HCG and clomid. Still it is possible that you can become sterile over time

    Tbol 40mg ED

     

    PCT starts 2 wks after last shot. 100mg clomid for 7 days. Then 14 days at 50mg
