    AAS in female use
    on: 2015-11-24 16:01:25
I'm seeking advice on cycles of AAS which are recommended for female use. I'm a figure competitor and have come to realize if I want to compete on a higher level I need to become educated on the use of AAS. I'm a novice but am open to safe use of supplementation. I've read about Anavar and have used 10 mg for an 8 week cycle, but is there something I can stack with it or a different supplement I can use to achieve results. Putting on muscle is desired but my priority is gaining a more lean physique. Looking for advice from someone knowledgeable as so I don't create harm to myself. Thank you for your help.

The resluts are always going to come down to diet. Steroids will help to better use your food, directing it to muscle building instead of fat. Overall though, gear is not going to get you ripped, as I'm sure you already know. Fat loss drugs like clen can help. This would be a safer effective direction to go. T3 can be fairly safe for a healthy person. I would still be very respectful of it, and use the least amount that will get the result you want. Another effective drug for females in competition is nolvadex. It will help dry you out and harden you up. Here is how I would emply these drugs. Keep in mind that you can use clen or nolvadex as a stand alone or together, but with T3, I would advise that you only use it while taking a steroid to maintain fullness and muscle size. All four drugs can be combined.

Clen, starting at 20mcg, adding 20mcg every 2 wks, going no higher than 80-100mcg for no longer than 12 wks total

T3, starting at 25mcg and adding 12.5mcg as needed, going no higher than 50mcg. 75mcg for VERY short periods, then when you are done with T3, taper down, 12.5mcg every 3 days until you are off of it. Run T3 for no longer an 10 wks at most

Nolvadex, starting at 10mg, then going to 20mg for no longer than 8 wks total.

This is soe basic info, but I would highly sugget that you read more about these drugs and what to expect. I know there is not a ton of info out there for females, compared to info for males, but it is available. And feel free to ask more specific questions if you like. I have been behind on the QA but an back around full time and will be available much more quickly if needed, once I get this thing caught up! Also for you or any other female that wants to compete or just get into shape, I offer 1 on 1 dieting services and will cover everything you need to know about dosing and safe use of PEDs for women .Message me at the Next Level Nutrition page, here at Naps or check out Project Get Shredded.

Most important, I would rather you used too little than too much, so take your time and be cautious
