    Hey man first off thank you for all of your help and participation it is very much appreciated thru out the community!I'm back to training pretty regularly, and have used my fair share of cycles in the past. My diet and cardio are all in good standing.I'm looking to incorporate test Cyp, Deca and var. I have an AI and HCG as well. What sort of dosages do you recommend and when?I'm 35, 6'2 225 about 16% BF.

    Dosing is going to depend on your experence brother but average dosing would be around 500mg Test, 400mg deca. Both for 12-16 wks. Then Var for the last 6 wks or 8 at the most, taken at 50mg ED. I would use adex with this cycle as needed, dosed around .5mg EOD to 1mg EOD. HCG is great to have on a deca cycle. It can be so rough on recovery. About 250iu, starting around your last 3 wks of injections. Then run that right up to a few days before PCT. If you get more HCG, you can start earlier.
