    HelloI'm on trt for low test. 200mg cyp divided into 100mg 2x/wk, 25units hcg 3x/wk, 1mg anostrozole 2x/wk. I just started, but would like to blast once I get everything sorted out. What would you recommend for a first time blast? Thank you

    When you are ready to blast, I would consider doubling the test, 400mg EW, split into 2 doses. You may need more adex. Test the waters and see but for a lot of guys, 1mg 2x wk would be enough. You could go to 3x wk with adex. I would run this blast for around 10 wks. If you would like, you can add in a small dose of an oral to help push your progress further. Something on the more mild side would be anavar, around 50mg ED for the first 6 wks of the blast. 
    Then when you are done, just dial your test dose back down to HRT and before you blast again, be sure to get labs
