When to bridge and not to bridge

Hello, I am 22 years old and I am on my 6th cycle. I ran 750mgs of test for 16 weeks and 30mg off dbol OD and 50mg per workout days for 10 weeks, I started taking equipoise for 5 weeks after my last inj of test and 20mg of anavar ed for 4 weeks while running my PCT (hcg , clomid), I started back up on 750mg of test and 400mg of tren but looking to add dbol for 6 weeks and 2IU of hgh 5 times a week for 8 months regardless if I take a break from the gear. Do you think I should take a normal pct protocol or would it not hurt to bridge it with some equipoise?

if you're still taking ANY gear, including EQ, your body does not have a chance to recover, so when you ran eq anf anavar during your pct, the PCT was totally ineffective. you can run GH while in PCT because it does not effect your HPTA and is not an androgen, but steroids, at even lower levels, are going to render your PCT useless. at your age, you should come off for a good long while, run PCT and take time to recover or you will risk never recovering. the longer you're on, and you've been on since that firs shot of test 750mg, the harder it will be to gain back normal prodution.

i would run hcg again BEFORE you come off, for a month or so, taking 250iu EOD, followed bo a couple of shots of 1000iu in the wk before you begin, then when you start PCT, i would probably run it for a more extended period of time. wk one 100mg clomid, 20 nolva, wk 2 and 3, 50mg clomid, 20 nolva, wk 4 20mg nolva, then about 10 days to 2 wks of 10mg nolva. if you have not recovered, start the process again, starting with the HCG. once you are off, give yourself a couple of months to recover and get your labs done to see where your test levels are
