First thing you want to do is get the diet in order. Steroids will make you better use the food you eat but your main limiting factor is going to be how much food you eat. The key is protein. At 148 lbs, you should be eating at leat 175g protein a day, maybe more. 200g would be a good number, split into 5 meals a day. As for basic gear in an oral form, check out Anavar. 40mg ED should be enough to make some good progress without causing estrogen issues. Keep in mind that orals are liver toxic and can cuase health concerns. So your best bet is to use injectable test and rely on that as your main base, then add an oral for only short term use. So if youdo use a var only cycle at 40mg, I would use it no longer than 6-8 wks at a time and do a full PCT after using clomid at 100mg ED for 7 days. Then 50mg Clomid ED for 14 more days.
